KiwiSport Funding Workshop
Can your organisation get more children into sport? We want to hear from you! KiwiSport aims to increase the participation of children in organised sport. For more information and to see if your project meets the KiwiSport outcomes please click HERE
Tararua - Wednesday 22 February 2017, 6-7pm - Tararua Business Network Office, 40 Denmark Street, Dannevirke.
At Sport Manawatu we are changing the way we administer the KiwiSport fund and the application process. We are moving away from one on one engagement in the development of all KiwiSport applications and moving towards group workshops to reduce duplication. The new workshops scheduled will occur in each of our district areas and will outline the best practice principles when developing your application, for example we will provide examples of approved applications and declined applications as well as Sport NZ directives to increase participation among low participating groups/communities.
Large Fund (over $3,000) Round 1 2017 will open 20 February 2017 and close 31 March 2017
Small Fund (up to $3,000) closes on the 15th of each month
If your organisation plans to apply for KiwiSport funding in the next 6 months a representative from your organisation will be required to attend a workshop.
Click here to register a workshop, if you would prefer to attend a workshop outside your region due to location of your work and it suits your schedule better - all workshops are generic.
