When will I need a LIM? If you are considering purchasing a property, it is recommended that you obtain a LIM before finalising the purchase. You will find a LIM very useful in assisting you to decide whether the land is worth purchasing and is free from any restrictions. How do I obtain a LIM? LIM application forms are available from this website under the publications/forms section, Tararua District Council service centres or they can be posted, faxed or emailed to you. You should forward your completed application along with the appropriate fee to the Council. When will I receive the LIM? Providing all the necessary information is supplied with your application, the LIM will be prepared within 10 working days and forwarded to you as quickly as possible. |
