  • Friday 23 July 2010: Nominations open & Roll open for inspection
  • Friday 20 August 2010: Nominations close at 12 noon & Roll closed for inspection
  • Friday 17 - Wednesday 22 September 2010: Delivery of voting documents by NZ Post
  • Saturday 9 October 2010: Election Day (voting closes at 12 noon) - Preliminary results will be available as soon as practicable after the close of voting
