My principal place of residence is in the North Tararua Ward area.

Kia ora Tararua,

Born and raised in Dannevirke, it’s been an honour to serve as your Deputy Mayor for the past six years. I’m seeking re-election in 2025 to continue the important work we’ve started together.

I’m passionate about our district and proud of what we’ve achieved — like the success of the Toll Free Tararua campaign, where our united voice stopped proposed road tolls.

If re-elected, My top 3 focuses are:

Responsible financial management - easing pressure on ratepayers while protecting services;

Supporting the Three Waters transition - ensuring a smooth, locally led change to the Local Water Done Well Wairarapa-Tararua model;

Upgrading recreation facilities - creating better spaces for tamariki and rangatahi without increasing rates by pursuing alternative funding.

I bring energy, experience, and a strong commitment to our community. Together, we can build a stronger, more resilient future for Tararua.
