Naioma Chase

My principal place of residence is in the Tararua District Council area. I am also standing for Dannevirke Community Board.

I’m seeking re-election to the Tamaki nui-a-Rua Ward. I firmly believe in strong, community-led leadership that delivers meaningful and lasting outcomes for our whānau, hapū, and wider community. I bring extensive experience in governance, management, and chairing various committees and boards, which has equipped me with the skills to lead with integrity, accountability, and foresight.

Throughout the past term, I have remained accessible, dedicated, advocating for issues that matter most to our people. I have cultivated strong relationships within our wider community, supported initiatives that uplift, empower, and promoted prudent, effective investment in local services and spaces.

My role on Council has been one of active contribution, collaboration, and ensuring that community voices are respected and reflected in decision-making. I am committed to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi and working in genuine partnership with iwi.
