You can apply for a building consent online. Simply head over to the Simpli portal. Please make sure you have all your files in an electronic format.
Make an online building consent application
Tararua District Council prefers online applications. Alternatively, you also can submit your application to Council in hard copy. Please note there is a $198.00 additional fee applicable to any Hard Copy Applications. Download the forms below or collect them at the Council office.
