Review of Council-owned Properties

This feedback will be presented to elected members at a council meeting on Wednesday 28 October*.
* The feedback was originally scheduled to be presented at the 30 September meeting of Council but was deferred to October due to a council-wide bereavement.
Back in July we proposed to sell 2 properties in Dannevirke that might not be delivering as much value as they should.
These properties are:
- 39 Gregg Street, Dannevirke (Open Space)
- Parts of 39 Ransom Street, Dannevirke (Reserve Land)
Why? It’s part of a larger project to make sure that properties owned by Council are being used in the best way possible.
