Community Buildings Fees & Charges

Bond - Council may request a $200 hireage bond is payable, which is refunded if no damage occurs. All fees, including the bond, are payable in advance of hire.

Cleaning fee charged per booking for casual hire and per season for regular hire.

Units of hire - Units are determined as follows (unless otherwise noted):

  • Half day (up to 4 hours, keys returned before 5pm)
  • Day (up to 8 hours, keys returned before 5pm)

Note: a longer hire can be made up of multiple periods of use (add the cost for each hire period together)

The fees and charges for the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 were adopted by Council on 25 June 2025. All fees and charges include GST, unless otherwise noted.
