We understand that the submission process can be complex, this page will provide links to guidance on how to make a submission.

Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport (MCERT) has guides for submitters – people who want to make a submission to the decision-maker as part of a Resource Management Act (RMA) planning process, or on a specific notified resource consent or notice of requirement.
