Delay in issuing Instalment 1 Rates Notice

There has been a slight delay in getting the 2022/23 Instalment 1 rates notice out. This is due to an increase in the volume of transactions to update our rating database, and extended staff illness. Because of this, there have also been delays in responding to your emails and returning phone calls. We apologise for this.

The first notices are expected to be mailed on 26 August 2022. We will be adjusting the payment due on 31 August to Friday 23 September 2022. Any Instalment and Yearly direct debits will be adjusted to this date by Council.
