We’re upgrading our building consent system and are excited to let our community know that we’re moving to a new behind the scenes building consent system called Consent-IT.

Consent-IT is a modern, New Zealand owned, cloud based platform designed to be more flexible and customisable to better suit the needs of our district. This upgrade will help us work more efficiently and improve the experience for our customers.

A quick request for current applicants:

If you have an application that’s started but not yet completed in our current system, please take a moment to finish and submit it as soon as possible to avoid any disruption during the changeover.
