If you’re a low-to-middle income homeowner, you might be eligible for a rates rebate – a partial refund on your rates bill, based on your household income and rates amount.

Applications for rebates for this rating year (1 July 2025 - 30 June 2026) need to be submitted by 30 June 2026. If you are on Direct Debit - this can help reduce your payments.
