Under conduct of the Registrar of the District Court at Palmerston North at the request of the Tararua District Council and in exercise of the power of sale contained in the provisions of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002, the Tararua District Council offers by public tender the property listed below:

Section 9 Block I Township of Brownston and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title WN84/ 166 approximately 3920 square metres more or less. The property is situated at Pukehoi Road, Eketāhuna and is within the territory of the Tararua District Council.

Section 3 Block II Town of Pongaroa and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title WN52D/793 approximately l 0 12 square metres more or less. The property is situated at Coast Road, Pongaroa and is within the territory of the Tararua District Council.

Valuation number: 1777001300

Part Lot 16A Deposited Plan 466 and Part Section 16 Eketāhuna Settlement and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title WN22 l /7 5 approximately l 0 12 square metres more or less. The property is situated at 72 Newman Road Eketāhuna and is within the territory of the Tararua District Council.
