Rates instalment 3 for the 2025/26 year is due on 28 February 2026. This instalment is for the period of 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026.

Penalties may apply from 3 March 2026. A penalty of 10% is added to each instalment (or part thereof) which are unpaid after the due date for payment.
