Annual Community Voice Survey - opening soon; tell us how it is!
This year, Council is conducting its community voice survey on an online platform called Ask Your Team. We’ve moved from a quarterly telephone-initiated survey to an annual online survey. The survey is open to all Tararua residents and ratepayers.
This user-friendly survey is about your experience of Council services, what’s working well, what’s not and where we can improve.
The survey is separate to our Long Term Plan early engagement where we are looking at deciding our priorities over the next 10 years.
On the new survey, we have the addition of close support for participants, if you struggle with English or online technology then you can drop in to one of our Service Centres or libraries where our friendly staff will help you get your views heard.
