You’ll start to see our new feedback posters pop up around the district - in places like campgrounds, cemeteries, parks, public toilets, libraries, service centres, and community halls

By scanning the QR code, you can quickly complete a short survey to let us know how your experience was.

Your feedback helps us:

  • Understand how people use our services and spaces
  • Spot areas we can improve
  • Respond faster when something’s not quite right

These quick surveys will run all year round, alongside our annual Resident Satisfaction Survey. Together, they’ll help us plan, budget, and make improvements that really reflect what our community needs.
