We know that at times services don’t always go as smoothly as we’d all like, and we understand that can be frustrating.

Our staff and contractors are out in the community every day doing their best to deliver services on behalf of Council. They’re locals too – neighbours, friends and family members – and they deserve to feel safe and respected while at work.

We welcome feedback and concerns – however, abusive or aggressive behaviour toward anyone carrying out their job is not okay and will not be tolerated. If you do have concerns you’d like to voice; we encourage you to contact Council directly via our usual channels so we can look into any issues and work towards solutions.
