There are a number of Armistice Day (Remembrance Day) commemorations happening across the Tararua District on Tuesday 11 November.

These events have been organised by local RSAs and community groups and everyone is welcome to attend. We’re proud to show our support and help with promotion.

📍 Glengarry – 6:30 pm (Evening Ceremony), Soldiers’ Settlement site, Armstrong Road, Dannevirke

📍 Eketāhuna – 10:45 am, War Memorial Hall

📍 Norsewood – 11:00 am, Norsewood Cenotaph (joint RSA and Norsewood School ceremony)

📍 Pahiatua – 11:00 am, Cenotaph, Main Street

📍 Woodville – 10:55 am, Fountaine Square (light refreshments at Woodville Stadium after ceremony)
