Time is running out to apply for funding through the Tararua District Council District-wide Contestable Fund.

General Assistance Grants Schemes
Applications are also invited from community organisations for funding from the Dannevirke and Eketāhuna Community Board's General Assistance Grants Schemes.
The application form and guidelines for both grant schemes are available to download on our website at the link above, or you can pick up a form at any Council Service Centre.
Eketāhuna applications close on 22 August 2025. Dannevirke applications close on 29 August 2025.
