Annual Community Voice Survey - now open; tell us how it is!

This year, Council is conducting its community voice survey on an online platform called Ask Your Team. We have moved from a quarterly telephone-initiated survey to an annual online survey. The survey is open to all Tararua residents and ratepayers.

This user-friendly survey is about your experience of Council services today, what’s working well, what’s not and where we can improve.  The survey is separate to our Long Term Plan early engagement where we are looking at deciding our priorities over the next 10 years.

On the new survey, we have the addition of close support for participants, if you struggle with English or online technology then drop in to one of our Service Centre's or libraries where our friendly staff will help you get your views heard.
